Can I return an item?

If an item includes a club badge badge or any other personalisation then you will not be able to return the item unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. All items ordered that include a club badge are made specifically for your order and are classed as a personalised good. It is your responsibility as a customer to check and ensure the correct size is ordered as size exchanges are not permitted.

Fault

Should an item be received by a customer it must be reported immediately. For any faults after an item is used they will be judged subject to fair use from general wear and tear as well as wilful or accidental damage. When reporting any faults an image clearly showing the fault must be supplied by the customer claiming a fault.
